The spyglass is made of solid brass. The finish is polished brass (finish and minor blemishes may be varied). The telescope has a lightly distressed French finished rosewood end tube with a solid brass end cap.
This is a working spyglass telescope, just pull out all the way and focus by adjusting the smallest end tube eye-section in and out.
