This Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane heavy lift helicopter aircraft model is fully built & assembled and ready for display (not a kit). Some semi-assembly required, you need to attach the main rotor.
The Sikorsky S-64 aerial flying crane helicopter model is completely hand-built & handcrafted of metal with a metal frame. The landing gear, engine components and all other parts are welded into position (no parts are glued on). The metal hanging chain is permanently attached. The wheels roll and the main & tail rotor spin.
Other details includes a removable lumber cargo made of solid wood with a built in LED light bar. The LED light bar can be removed from the cargo, the electric cord can also be removed separately. The electric cord is approx 2 to 3 feet long and has a standard electrical 110 Volt plug.
This Sikorsky S-64 aerial flying crane helicopter model is hand painted and the insignia & number markings are also hand painted on.
To attach the main rotor (propeller) there are three pieces to the entire rotor (propeller) and they are stacked on top of each other and held in with machine screws and hex nuts. Once the rotor (propeller) is assembled, slide the entire piece over the top and finally hold it all together with the top piece. Once the rotor is together, the helicopter model is ready to be suspended as long as the hex nuts are secured.
This model is the manufacturer's artistic interpretation of a Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane helicopter and so some details are not entirely correct. It is sure to command attention & become a conversational addition to your aircraft decor.
