This large Chance Vought F4U Corsair aircraft model is fully built & assembled and ready for display (not a kit).
The Vought F4U Corsair airplane model is completely hand-built & handcrafted of metal with a metal frame. The landing gear and antenna are welded into position (no parts are glued on). The propeller is made of wood. The wheels roll and the propeller spins.
This Corsair model is hand painted and most of the insignia & squadron markings are handpainted on (some are decals). Cockpit details include a seat, steering yoke and a dashboard with gauges.
This model is the manufacturer's artistic interpretation of a F4U Corsair and so some details are not entirely correct. It is a huge model aircraft (over 3.7' wingspan) that is sure to command attention & become a conversational addition to your aviation decor.
