Q: I am having trouble placing an order for one of your items, I can not seem to purchase it?
A: If there is not an "ADD TO Cart" button for the listing the item is currently Out of Stock and not available.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Most all of our items ship for free. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How are your models packaged for shipment?
A: Models are securely packed with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double box.
Q: How fast are your orders processed and shipped?
A: Item will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment received confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the items description (some items are custom made to order).
Q: Will I recieve a shipment tracking number?
A: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the item has shipped out.
